Five feet separated Myles Creighton from his first win on the Korn Ferry Tour, but the 40 mph wind gusts at Crestview Country Club on Sunday afternoon made it feel double that. The wind forced the 29-year-old Canadian to step away from his line on the 72nd hole twice.

It will be hoisting the trophy at the end of the weekend celebrating his first ever Korn Ferry Tour win that he will likely remember most.

Creighton, ranked 442nd in the world and without a top-10 finish in 13 KFT starts this season, made his hole-in-one on the par-3 12th hole on Friday to shoot a second straight 68. That put him seven shots behind leader Adrien Dumont de Chassart, who made 12 birdies and a bogey on Thursday to shoot 59.
