Dransfield died on June 10 after a motor vehicle crash on Memorial Day. She was 25. Bryan Romig, owner of Barren Ridge Physical Therapy, said Dransfield was the perfect example of a people person.

But Dransfield, who was born in 1914, isn’t a health fanatic. He smoked cigarettes for 20 years and worked his whole life from age 15 to his late 70s.

Dransfield was born on March 28, 1914, in a house on Preakness Avenue in Paterson. He moved to Little Falls in 1945 and lived there the rest of his life, peacefully dying in his home on June 26.
