ABSTRACT: Domestics animals face many environmental factors including temperature fluctuation, high densities in farms that reduce reproductive performance and lead to economic losses in the farmer.
为解决甲型流感病毒(IAV)高突变率导致对常规抗病毒药物易产生耐药性的问题,研究人员开展了代谢干扰对 IAV 复制影响的研究。结果发现抑制与糖酵解相关的代谢途径可降低病毒滴度,影响病毒聚合酶功能。这为开发宿主靶向性抗病毒药物提供了新思路。
