On Netflix’s “Pokémon Concierge,” the hyperactivity of the original gives way to soothing sights and tones that can help grown-up fans calm down.

Enter Pokémon Concierge, a new anime about the easier-breezier side of the Pokémon world. The new show comes from Dwarf Studios, the anime studio behind the similarly cozy Rilakkuma and Kaoru .

Netflix revealed they are developing a stop-motion animation series with The Pokemon Company called Pokemon Concierge. The project was announced on Monday, the 17th annual Pokemon Day.

Also included in today’s footage was a first look at some of the new stop-motion critters coming to Pokémon Concierge Season 2, including a very fluffy Arcanine, Corphish, and Shinx.

Pokémon Concierge is decidedly not action-packed like the adventures of Ash and Pikachu, but with such amazing feel-good vignettes exploring the softer side of Pokémon, that’s never a problem.
