伦敦 - 自动监控平台提供商Checkit plc (AIM:CKT)周四发布声明称，公司已向首席财务官Kris Shaw授予83.3333万份股票期权，行权价为每股15便士。 这些期权于6月18日根据集团现有的EMI期权计划发行，附带36个月的归属期。公司表示，Shaw只有在Checkit实现并保持EBITDA收支平衡或盈利状态（在行权时以及之前六个月的平均状态）的情况下才能行权。
