Amtrak’s Borealis, the passenger rail line running between St. Paul’s Union Depot and Chicago’s Union Station, recently marked its first anniversary. But there is a bigger reason to celebrate.

As of 4:30 p.m., there are still 30-minute delays due to "Amtrak overhead wire issues," according to the NJ Transit website. Midtown direct trains were being diverted to Hoboken, New Jersey.
