Oregon’s favorite seabirds are returning to the coast this spring, and bird watchers are preparing to welcome them back.

Tufted puffins are expected back at Haystack Rock ... with breeding grounds primarily found off the coast of Alaska and British Columbia, according to the National Audubon Society.
