A new bar and restaurant coming to Milwaukee's near south side will bring Japanese beer, cocktails and meals with a modern twist. Red Maple, at 100 W Maple St., was formerly occupied by Ollie's bar.

When Red Maple opens its doors this summer, it will be completely unrecognizable to those who frequented Ollie's, the dive bar that occupied the building at 100 W. Maple St. since 1993.
