LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) - A new mural has been painted outside one Lynchburg organization. The mural was just painted outside Vector Space. The art is a collaboration of area teenage students.

“Hand-paints can cost anywhere from $8,000 to $75,000 and up. There’s some walls in Los Angeles or New York where you could go up to $100,000. A lot of the cost is about the equipment.
