IBM plans to integrate the OpenPages application within its portfolio of business analytics software, part of the IBM Software Group, once the acquisition is complete, the company said Wednesday.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. IBM also said it completed the acquisition of OpenPages, a Waltham, Mass.-based developer of risk and compliance management software.
