近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《逐步把永久基本农田建成高标准农田实施方案》。其主要目标是：到2030年，力争累计建成高标准农田13.5亿亩；到2035年，力争将具备条件的永久基本农田全部建成高标准农田。
