Eventually, Van Duyn stopped putting his bins out on the curb altogether, hoping the man would quit. And he did – but he moved on to using the neighbor’s garbage bins instead.

Eventually, Van Duyn pulled his garbage bins, hoping that the urine dropper would go away. And he did, straight to the neighbor’s bin, and then another neighbor.

Van Duyn said he has been placing his bins in different places “just to see if I can get better video of him,” hoping to get a clearer shot of the man’s license plate with his camera.

If you saw KATU’s first story in April, you know that Van Duyn has video of the man, pulling up in a black car, getting out, and dumping the urine-filled jugs in recycling bins.
