整合 ATAC-seq 与 RNA-seq：揭示结缕草抗旱机制，助力草种改良与育种
为探究结缕草在干旱时染色质可及性变化，研究人员开展了多组学研究。结果发现‘X4’品种耐旱性强，63 个高置信基因与干旱胁迫相关，还鉴定出 6 个调控干旱反应基序。该研究为结缕草改良育种奠定基础。
