It took Andrew Carol 30 days to build a working model of the Antikythera ... The original Antikythera Mechanism is not only simpler than its Lego counterpart, it's more accurate.

Carol took those Lego pieces and reconstructed the Greek device known as the Antikythera Mechanism with incredible accuracy and the thing actually works for tracking the lunar eclipse cycle.
