Ford just trademarked the moniker of one of the most legendary Mustang variants. Is it coming back to the street?

Ford has reserved the Boss name it last used in 2013, a move that will surely perk Mustang enthusiasts’ ears up.

The American company’s latest work was recently shown at this year’s SEMA show, and it’s based on Ford’s Mustang Boss 429, classically Ford’s biggest, baddest model of that generation.
