Although he’s been playing the past two seasons at left wing, new Flyer forward Trevor Zegras is on board with a move back to his natural position at center.

The 24-year-old Zegras, who was acquired from Anaheim on Monday, says he didn't fulfill his own expectations the past few seasons but that he's ready to turn the page.

Just days before the 2025 NHL Draft, the Flyers are adding forward Trevor Zegras in a trade with the Anaheim Ducks. The Flyers are sending forward Ryan Poehling, a 2025 second-round pick (No. 45) and a 2026 fourth-round pick to the Ducks as part of the deal.
