An American journalist living in Tel Aviv revealed the destruction left behind after an Iranian missile struck her apartment as the war continues.

In the early hours of Thursday, June 19, Tel Aviv and its surrounding regions were struck by a new missile attack from Iran. This act of retaliation by Iran, in response to previous Israeli strikes, has resulted in widespread chaos and destruction in several residential buildings.

They said the talks included a brief discussion of a U.S. proposal given to Iran at the end of May that aims to create a regional consortium that would enrich uranium outside of Iran, an offer Tehran has so far rejected.

While President Donald Trump weighs whether to join Israel’s assault on Iran, foreign policy veterans and analysts argue that a negotiated settlement, not bombs nor commandos, is the only way to eliminate the threat of Tehran gaining a nuclear weapon.

Iran has said it will not resume talks over its nuclear programme while under attack, hours after Israel's defence minister warned of a "prolonged" conflict with the Islamic Republic. Fighting raged on Friday as Iran fired a salvo of missiles at northern Israel and Israel targeted dozens of sites in Iran.
