The Crime and Policing Bill will give officers powers to make Britain's cities safer, the home secretary says.

Police will be given powers to use the new “respect orders” – a revamped form of Sir Tony Blair’s Asbos – against adults for street drinking, drug use, harassment and intimidating behaviour.
