Stephen Curry will not play in the Golden State Warriors' game against Milwaukee on Tuesday night, sitting out for what coach Steve Kerr called an emotional and mental rest.

The news comes after coach Steve Kerr said the point guard was worn down following a 114-105 loss to the shorthanded Denver Nuggets.

The Bucks and Warriors last met in early February, and Golden State delivered a 125-111 victory. Steph Curry led the warriors with 38 points and contributed six rebounds and four assists. Jimmy Butler dropped 20 points just three days after joining the team.

Despite Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray being sidelined, the Warriors had no answer for the Nuggets on Monday night.
