NEWNAN, Ga. — A second tornado has been confirmed from Monday's line of severe thunderstorms in north Georgia and metro Atlanta. Meteorologists with the National Weather Service in Peachtree City confirm an EF-0 tornado touched down in Coweta County with maximum winds of 75 mph.

An EF-1 tornado touched down in Henry County just after 1 p.m. and an EF-0 tornado hit Coweta County just after 12:30 p.m.
A report from the NWS said the tornado touched down in Clyde between 12:25 a.m. and 12:27 a.m. near Highway 20 and Flora Road.
