Ticket holders for Harvest Nights Music Festival still haven't seen their refund after the concert was canceled Jan 6. Ten years ago, court documents show a similar story with the same organizer.

OSAKA--A music festival organizer filed a criminal complaint against three audience members on Aug. 21 after South Korean performer DJ Soda reported on social media that she was groped at the event.

The headliners are hip-hop artist Missy Elliott, rock artists The Killers and Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals.
