A bully who pulled the bagpipes out of the mouth of a boy busker – leaving the traumatised young musician "inconsolable" – was told by a sheriff yesterday that he should hang his head in shame.

The famous Scottish pipes joined kazoo ... the world to mark occasions like weddings and funerals, experts now fear that the bagpipes may fall out of use if trends continue.
