BOSTON — A Boston police officer was injured Wednesday when he was hit by scaffolding parts that fell from a building. The incident happened at 1:42 p.m. at 10 Milk St., police said.
Officials said the construction workers fell from a scaffolding when their equipment gave way, Wednesday afternoon. Frantic 911 calls poured in as the pair dangled from the building’s seventh floor.
New pictures show the Red House Glass Cone as it has never been seen before as scaffolding scales parts of the 100 ft structure in an 18-month restoration project.
