A division of toy giant Hasbro Inc., Playskool, is recalling about 420,000 Busy Poppin' Pals toys because children could choke or be cut by small springs that can break loose from inside the toy.

Quebec-based toymaker Playskool has issued a voluntary recall to replace about 720 Busy School Bus toys. The company says on certain units, the yellow awning above the bus' door can break loose.
