It seems unlikely the NFL would have a team play two games in Europe -- let alone three -- though the Jaguars have done it. The NFL schedule is usually announced in May and we'll find out then whether the future of football in Europe will be, at least in part, tied to the Colts.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are headed to Dublin. The NFL announced its latest expansion of international football will land in Ireland this fall with the six-time Super Bowl champion franchise playing a team that will be named later. Croke Park will host the regular season contest that does not have a date or time yet.

Croke Park looks set to host Ireland's first NFL game later this year with the Government briefed today on the proposal to bring a Pittsburgh Steelers fixture to GAA Headquarters.
