本研究针对小麦低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(LMW-GS)基因鉴定难题，开发了LMWgsFinder工具系统分析禾本科26个基因组。首次发现8个小麦物种中存在EnSpm-like转座子介导的LMW-GS基因近期复制事件，揭示21个新基因并验证功能相关结构变异，为小麦品质育种提供分子水平新证据。
