The bumbling and fiery-tempered Donald Fauntleroy Duck made his debut in a short animation film on June 9, 1934. Nearly a century later, he remains one of animation's most beloved characters.

Donald Duck had a thing for human women in the 1940s, before Daisy Duck came along — and the World War II propaganda films Saludos Amigos and The Three Caballeros found him at his horniest.

At least one notable fan — Donald Duck voice artist Daniel Ross — also claimed in a 2022 TikTok post that he maintains a yearly “tradition” of singing “Happy Birthday” in Donald’s voice.
