HDFC Bank ’s customers were reporting unable to conduct transactions using net banking and UPI payments platform. The bank has stated that the problem is due to an outage at one of its data centres.

HDFC’s net and mobile banking services are down for the second day in a row. The bank says it’s a ‘technical glitch’ while the app and website cite ‘heavy traffic’ as the reason.
