Tennis star Iga Świątek took to social media on Monday to address “recent talk about changes in my on-court behavior and emotions” after her semifinal defeat at Indian Wells last week.

Polish tennis star Iga Świątek was booed during her semifinal match against 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva at the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells for smashing a ball back at a ball boy.

World number two Iga Swiatek said she was not proud of the way she vented her frustration at Indian Wells, where she nearly hit a ball boy after smashing a ball into the ground, but added that she did not expect to receive "such harsh judgements".
