Lovely castle. Wasn't able to walk around all of it as I go quite tired, but loved the parts of the gardens I was able to see. A beautiful place to sit and relax. Truly magical.Lydia S的完整评论

We are visiting from Sydney Australia in May!I am fully mobile but have knee arthritis and too many stairs are a problem!Are there rooms to see on the ground level and 1st floor?Would be happy to see even something of the castle!! Kindly let me know Thanks Tehmi Meher Homji

I would say yes and even if you just tour the gardens they should be lovely in May.
I hear there are a lot of steps to tour the castle. My husband can't walk very far at once and a lot of steps is out of the question. Could he see the bottom floor of the castle or are the steps on the outside? Thanks so much.

There are no steps to get into the castle. There are rooms downstairs that you could visit. Many of the impressive living areas are upstairs though but the staircase isn't very high. …
There are no steps to get into the castle. There are rooms downstairs that you could visit. Many of the impressive living areas are upstairs though but the staircase isn't very high. The grounds are the most impressive with wonderful forest walks. The cottage garden is also very nice.
