Carr's canoe rentals were so kind and efficient. They will pick you up at your cabin or Lodge or camp site at Echo Bluff State Park. They take cash or card and you don't have to pay weeks advance like many canoe rental companies. I would call to make a reservation though. Look for river otters, turtles, and really cool old cabin by the first springs.
