In general no, but on Sundays when they hold masses there is an opportunity to travel on the monastery boat that meets people on the shore directly across the island. On August 4th and 15th there is a major event on the island with literally thousands of worshipers visiting the monastery for religious events and people travel to the island from shore with loads of private boats offering a taxi service for a fee. The monastery boats do not charge for the service, only private boats and its about 5 Kuna per person.
