I believe when I went in 2017, the tickets were separate for both the aquarium as well as the dolphin show and were priced at SR 50 per person - and half for, I think, 4-8 years old while below 2 are obviously free. As far as timing goes, it is best to check out their website or call them to find out as especially the dolphin show sells out very fast. Have a great time!!
