格贝哈，或译吉科巴哈，原名伊丽莎白港，南非主要港口之一，是东开普省人口最多的城市与文化经济中心。格贝哈位于南非西南部的阿尔哥亚湾，距离约翰内斯堡1058千米。格贝哈行政面积达到251平方公里，隶属于总面积约1959平方公里的纳尔逊·曼德拉湾大都会自治市。 格贝哈是南非历史第二悠久的城市，亦为人口第六多的城市。 格贝哈的历史始于1820年英国殖民者建立的定居点，后于1861年获得城镇建制，1913年正式建市，命名为伊丽莎白港。2019年，东开普省地名委员会提议，将城市官方名称变更为穿城而过的巴肯河的科萨语与南科伊语名字“Gqeberha”，并获中央政府采纳。2021年2月23日，在当地人民激烈的反对声中，改名正式生效。
