The website for Agriturismo Magna Grecia doesn't talk about food but people have mentioned having meals here. Can you have lunch there on your own or do you have to be part of a tour?

Hi. Not sure exactly how long the ride from port was since we booked this excursion through our travel company, Gate 1 Travel. We left port by motor coach bus heading out to the ruins of Olympia, then to the Archaeological Museum then over to the Farm for lunch. The cost for the total excursion was included in our price for this excursion. The lunch fee was included in our trip. Individually, I am not sure how long it would take or for an individual price breakdown, again I am not sure. Our excursion was booked for a total of 5 hours from start to finish and well worth every cent. Definitely go to the Farm and eat, drink, dance and have a blast...so much fun!

Hi. My husband & I were cruising on the Norwegian Jade to Greece and this was a shore excursion we booked that took us to the ruins of Olympia plus the Archaeological Museum. Next we went to the Farm all arranged through Gate 1 Travel when we booked our trip. We traveled to Olympia and to the farm by motor coach bus and the price for this was all included in our excursion price.
We will be there on a Windstar cruise in 2 weeks - How did you get to Magna Grecia? We plan to go to Olympia by train but can find no public tranportation to the farm. thanks

You would need to take a taxi or hire a driver. They are on a farm a ways away from the train station.
