Not really, they collect or receive adult turtles injured or malnourished or entangled in nylons, plastics, etc; then they restore the animal to a healthy condition during weeks or months, and then release them back to the open sea. For sure they don't collect eggs nor hatchlings. I am no expert but I understand that these are borne naturally from their nests in the sea shore and they go to the sea by themselves, usually at night after around 2 months after the egg was laid.
