Depends on where you are intending to bike. Likely at any given point on the trail the weekends are busier than the week days. However, "busy" is relative. I've gone to a lot of different spots at a lot of different times and while there may be people walking, biking, sitting, it is never so busy that you would find yourself uncomfortable.
