Hi George, The Green Tortoise does not offer this kind of service. We are an adventure travel company focused on camping trips to some of America's most beautiful destinations. You can always go with Megabus or Flix bus in California and Greyhound up to Portland. Otherwise, the airlines (Spirit, Southwest, etc) are your best budget bet between these destinations.
