I don't think there is tubing @ Granite Peak - is tallest, most steep ski resort in Wisconsin... however I believe there is a tubing park about 3 or 4 miles from there - also rated top …

Spring Skiing is not too bad depending if temperatures hold enough so snow doesn't melt. Trust me its no fun at all ridding on a Slurpee. It make for a very wet and unpleasant experience. But if they blow fresh snow you should be good for about half the day.
