I would think the guides would have the wheel chair individual at the beginning or end of the group to prevent tripping issues in the dark cave. And the flow worms themselves would be about eye level in a wheel chair

Definitely NO light, and the guides will let you know about sprays etc. It is a good tour and the guides are very helpful

You can probably get a pram to the cave entrance and then inside to watch the video. However, the actual glow worm viewing platform is very narrow (single file) and in pitch darkness. The tour itself is fairly short. So my advice would be to take it in turns and amuse your little one at the children’s play park just outside the caves. There is wine tasting, a gift shop, somewhere to get snacks and baby changing facilities there too. It is a short but good tour. Unless there is a big group of you, then you don’t have to book in advance. Quite spectacular to see. Enjoy!

Hey, no you can't. The worms are like super delicate so you have to go with someone. It's like $10 though.
