I found a website with a contact method for you to double check directly with them, but trip advisor won't let me put a url in my reply. So... from what I am reading on the internet posted by others it looks like Yes, the Los Osos Elfin Forest is dog friendly if on a leash. Look for the website with elfin dash forest and org in the name.
