No reservations need as it’s a bar teenagers, there were kids in their but not surely the ages.

Yes. I believe you can bring in your own food, but not drinks (of any kind). The signs say minors need to be accompanied by an adult after 8 pm, but they told my 17 year old son that he couldnt schedule a bowling lane after 8 even though we were with him.
