It appears that the caverns have reopened. We have tried calling the various numbers posted on the Puerto Rico tourism site, but cannot seem to get through to anyone. They recommend calling ahead to reserve your spot, but we have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help? Does anyone know how to contact them?
